Marcel Duits
Marcel Duits is a driven entrepreneur, investor, and strategic leader with a passion for innovation and growth. As Chief CBAM Officer at Dubrink, he is responsible for the company's commercial and operational strategy, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, finance, and managing key relationships.
Marcel plays a crucial role in expanding the Dubrink network, from factories and suppliers to importers and financial institutions involved in hedging CBAM certificates. With two master's degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and extensive experience in launching and scaling businesses, he excels at simplifying complex processes and developing impactful solutions.
With a Unilever background, Marcel has built his expertise in strategic management, commercial execution, and operational excellence within a global corporate environment. His mission is to help companies worldwide navigate CBAM regulations while creating new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Chief Technology Officer
Jan-Joost den Brinker
Jan-Joost den Brinker is responsible for all IT and Technical operations at Dubrink, overseeing the development of the platform, website, and enterprise modules. As CTO, he ensures that Dubrink's technology remains cutting-edge, scalable, and secure, enabling seamless CBAM compliance for importers and suppliers.
Beyond platform development, Jan-Joost also leads the integration of legal and regulatory frameworks into Dubrink's digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance automation and accuracy. He heads Dubrink's internal development team and various subject matter experts to drive innovation and maintain operational excellence.
With a background in consultancy at Accenture and Cognizant, he brings deep expertise in digital transformation, system & software architecture, and machine learning. His strategic leadership ensures that Dubrink continues to innovate and provide a robust technological foundation for global compliance challenges.
